Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — e.g. Aureon Collective LLC] (“Aureon Collective, ” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of aureoncollective.io and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account, created through our authentication provider. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Membership, billing, and renewals

The Service offers free content and a paid premium membership. By purchasing a premium membership you agree to the following:

Price and billing. The premium membership costs $15/mo, charged through our payment processor, Stripe, to the payment method you provide.
Automatic renewal. Your membership is a subscription that automatically renews each month and your payment method will be charged the then-current fee at the start of each billing period, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal linked on the premium page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which it reverts to the free tier.
Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Price changes. We may change membership pricing; changes apply to the next billing period after we give you reasonable notice.
Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may suspend or downgrade premium access until payment is resolved.

4. Financial disclaimer — please read

Aureon Collective provides educational and informational content only. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice, and must not be relied upon as such.

We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and nothing on the Service creates an advisory or fiduciary relationship.
No content is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, financial instrument, or strategy. There are no buy/sell signals or alerts.
Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past or hypothetical performance is not indicative of future results. Backtests and models have inherent limitations and may not reflect real-world results.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Conduct your own research and consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision.
We make no representation that any strategy, idea, or information will be profitable or suitable for you.

5. Intellectual property and license

The Service and its content — including articles, research notebooks, templates, and other resources — are owned by Aureon Collective or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own, non-commercial use.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

Copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or publicly share premium content, files, or resources.
Share your account or premium access with others.
Scrape, data-mine, or use automated means to access the Service.
Reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent access controls or paywalls.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, to disrupt or compromise the Service’s security or integrity, or to misrepresent your affiliation with us.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (including Clerk, Stripe, beehiiv, and Vercel) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content is accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aureon Collective and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading or investment losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aureon Collective and its operators from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason. You may stop using the Service at any time; sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of California, USA for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims proceedings, where applicable.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
